Artist Statement: I was contemplating a moment that could have occurred for Eve in the garden, a moment when she considered her Mother in Heaven and understood that she wanted to be like Her. Eve is a strong and resilient figure, especially when seen through the Latter-day Saint lens and I strove to portray her as such within this piece.
