Cut from cherry wood, this brooch in the shape of an Art Deco-esque seated cat has been etched with an original floral pattern especially designed to complement it. The tail is suggested with a cunning little cut-out shape. Cherry wood has a lovely rich warm hue and looks very luxurious on all fabrics and colours.

It is hand-painted using Farrow and Ball colours to give it a soft, muted feel, then finished with matt varnish.

Due to the natural variations in the wood, each brooch may differ very slightly from the one shown, but will be just as pretty.

The brooch measures approximately 5cm x 3cm
